Drama 9: On Monday, we will continue with the extended role play but Mr. Judd will be the TOC for Ms. Jorgenson. Make sure you make some notes about how you dressed and who you had interactions with so that you can write this up in your journal.
You should LEARN YOUR LINES for your Shakespeare scenes as we will do them on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Drama 8: Make sure you have completed all your journals. Learn your lines for the Aesop plays. You should think about what your group is going to wear and what you can do for your framework. There should be a tableau here and there in your presentation and also a mime and choral speaking. Show me what you can do!
I hope you all had a nice day off. I went to a virtual workshop about how to include the First People's Principles of Learning into our classes. Lots of aspects of drama do reflect First People's learning styles -- we sit in a circle so that everyone can be seen and heard, we tell stories, a lot of our learning is hands on and experience-based and we work by establishing good relationships in the class.
